This web site has been created to introduce a cooperative concept between municipal government, the merchant community, and private enterprise to reduce crime and make our cities safer without additional manpower, increased taxation, or giving up local rights of self government. Falcon Direct has long been involved in applying technology to provide practical and affordable solutions to community problems. Our latest offering, known as The Community Alliance Project, has been developed to help reduce hit and run robbery in areas with limited capabilities in providing rapid law enforcement response.
There are several levels of participation extended to the merchant community, churches, schools and even municipal offices. As you review our program, you will see that each participant will have the opportunity of full participation, limited participation, or no participation as they choose. The point is that this program can be used as a first step in forming partnerships between the community, government, and private enterprise.
The Community Alliance Project is just one of several programs that can be made available in your community at no cost to the city and minimal expense to participants. In many cases, the investment will easily be covered by reduced insurance premiums and losses due to burglary and robbery. This can be a great first step and there is more to come!
There are other programs available including a low cost fire and vandalism reporting system for churches and schools as well as some very effective community relations programs such as the one developed by the City of Colorado Springs, CO. The Community Alert Program has been developed to keep citizens aware of crime related events in the area. This allows residents to be better prepared to deal with critical issues.
